These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Eulogia Technologies, operating EUCloudHost, including cloud hosting, VPS servers, domains, websites, support, billing systems, and related services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, ordering, or using any EUCloudHost service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and any other applicable service policies.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services

We provide cloud hosting, VPS, domains, infrastructure services, support, and related digital products.

Service availability, specifications, features, pricing, and limits may change at any time. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue services without liability, subject to applicable law.

3. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate account and billing information
  • Maintaining secure passwords and account access
  • Keeping software and hosted content secure and lawful
  • Maintaining backups unless managed backups are explicitly included
  • Ensuring their use complies with all laws and our policies

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Billing and Renewals

Services are billed in advance unless otherwise stated.

Renewal dates, pricing, discounts, taxes, and billing cycles are shown at checkout and on invoices.

Customers are responsible for ensuring valid payment methods and timely payment of all invoices.

Failure to pay by the due date may result in suspension, late fees, service interruption, or termination.

5. Suspension and Termination

Accounts may be suspended, restricted, or terminated for:

  • Non-payment or overdue invoices
  • Fraud, abuse, phishing, malware, or spam
  • Illegal activity or law enforcement requests
  • Violation of our Terms or policies
  • Security risks to our systems or other users

Suspension does not always mean immediate deletion of the service or its data. In some cases, data may remain stored on our systems for a limited retention period at our sole discretion.

If the customer pays for renewal or reactivation during that retention period, we may attempt to restore the service using available retained data. However, restoration, recovery, uptime continuity, and data completeness are not guaranteed.

If suspended services remain stored on our systems and continue using storage, IP addresses, backups, or reserved resources, we reserve the right to require payment for the full period during which such resources remained allocated before reactivation.

We may permanently delete services, content, backups, or account data where necessary to protect our infrastructure, comply with law, respond to abuse complaints, or enforce our policies.

6. Acceptable Use

Customers must not use our services for:

  • Fraudulent or deceptive activity
  • Phishing, spam, malware, or botnets
  • Unauthorized access or hacking attempts
  • Hosting illegal content or unlawful activities
  • Abuse of network, storage, or system resources
  • Violating third-party rights or intellectual property

We reserve the right to investigate and act on suspected violations.

7. Data and Backups

Customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups of all hosted content unless backup services are expressly included in their plan.

While we may provide backup tools or snapshots, we do not guarantee backup availability, recovery, or completeness.

We are not liable for loss of data, corruption, downtime, deletions, cyberattacks, or recovery failures.

8. Third-Party Providers

We may rely on third-party data centers, registrars, payment processors, network carriers, and software vendors to deliver services.

We are not responsible for outages, delays, failures, or losses caused by third-party systems or events beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eulogia Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, business interruption, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected service during the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Support

Support is provided through the customer dashboard, support center, and listed contact channels.

Response times vary depending on issue severity, service plan, workload, and issue complexity.

We do not guarantee resolution times unless explicitly stated in a separate SLA.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms become effective when published on our website unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance.
